What a Ban Appeal should Contain! Empty What a Ban Appeal should Contain!

Here are the points that a ban appeal should include, if you do not contain these you post may not be reviewed:

* In game name
* age
* which server
* rank [only include if you got banned off Minecraft]
* Topic of ban, e.g. greifing, spamming or stealing
* Who banned you
* Why you should be Un-banned
