Password prob

Hi, I'm a new user, and I tried connecting to the server on minecraft, but when I join it asks for a password. What password do I enter? I've tried my password multiple times.

To register, do /register [password] [password]
In the [password] part, you enter whichever password you'd like to use. Remember it though!
Then, to log on, simply put /login [password]
Simple

p.s. You don't have to enter the square brackets, that's just for highlighting.
